As Spring Equinox approaches, we celebrate this time of nature reawakening as we witness life’s ability to regenerate. As we enter a period of equilibrium where the day and night are of equal length, we are reminded of the importance of balance within our own lives. Understanding this, we are better equipped to create necessary change and healing, bringing to life our deepest desires and authentic expressions.

In this safe and intimate circle, you will be given the opportunity to explore ways you can create balance in your life by looking at the darkness and light, the conscious and unconscious, your inner and outer world and find your place of equilibrium and light this Spring Equinox. You will be able to use this energy to take steps that help you manifest your goals and dreams.

To help open our heart space and welcome in a loving energy we will share Cacao, a sacred ceremonial-grade plant medicine from the lovingly cared for lands of Guatemala where I have personally visited.

There will be opportunities to engage in various practices should you feel called, including meditation, gentle breathwork, movement, singing, journalling, oracle card reading, and more.

The evening will end with a deeply relaxing sound bath with the gong, singing bowls and many more instruments to help us ground, harmonise and let all that we realised to settle into every cell of our being.

You will enter a new cycle with a deeper connection to Self and others and a feeling that will warm your heart. From here you will step into your power, your truth and your most aligned version of self.
