Winter Solstice Womens Circle

  • ReNurture Harrow London United Kingdom (map)

Winter solstice is the shortest day and the longest night of the Northern Hemisphere. It’s a time to take a moment to look backwards in inner reflection and to look forwards to a new active season as the suns returning power brings increased daylight growth and activity.

Lets gather in circle on the eve of Winter Solstice, just before a new cycle begins. This will be an evening of celebration for all that life has brought you so far, as we reflect on our inner realms, honouring the wisdom we have gained on our personal journey and the dreams we have been incubating. Together we will honour the darkness that held us and the return of the light with rituals, sharing and celebratory activities.

Join me and other like-minded souls in an intimate group setting (up to 8 spaces) within a beautiful healing space in North Harrow. There will be opportunities to share, witness, listen, reflect and receive wisdom, love and support.

To help open our heart space and welcome in a loving energy we will share Mama Cacao, a sacred ceremonial-grade plant medicine from Ecuador.

There will be opportunities to engage in various practices should you feel called, including meditation, gentle breathwork, movement, singing, journalling, oracle card reading, and more.

The evening will end with a deeply relaxing sound bath with the gong, singing bowls and many more instruments to help us ground, harmonise and let all that we realised to settle into every cell of our being.

You will enter a new cycle with a deeper connection to Self and others and a feeling that will warm your heart. From here you will step into your power, your truth and your most aligned version of self.
