Samhain Women's Circle

  • ReNurture Northumberland Road Harrow, England, HA2 United Kingdom (map)

Samhain is an ancient Celtic festival, usually celebrated from October 31 to November 1 to welcome in the harvest and usher in “the dark half of the year.” It is considered one of the four major Gaelic seasonal festivals and is deeply rooted in pagan traditions. For some, this represents the start of the New Year.

By honouring nature and ourselves as part of the ever-changing cycles, you are invited to join us in this Samhain Womens Circle where we will take a moment to pause, honour the end of the harvest season and acknowledge the thin veil between the living and the spirit world.

Together we will embrace the ancient traditions of this sacred time whilst weaving together the practices we know of in our contemporary world. There will be a focus on honouring our ancestors who came before us, whether known or unknown, through stories, objects, songs, rituals and other practices they may have used to live in harmony with the earth and one another.

You will sit with like-hearted women to honour the cycles of life, reflect on the past year, and set intentions for the year ahead. This circle offers a safe, inclusive space for personal growth, spiritual connection, and communal support. Engage in meaningful rituals, storytelling, and meditation that resonate with the spirit of Samhain. Discover the power of sisterhood as we celebrate this transformative season together. If you are seeking a deeper connection to nature and your inner self then please do come join us.

We will use the nurturing medicine of cacao to open our hearts. If you are new to cacao please read more here. Please do reach out should you have any questions and I will be happy to help.
