Samhain marks the ending and the beginning of the Celtic New Year, affirming rebirth even as we descend into a season of darkness and death. This can be a beautiful time to honour not only the rhythm of the earth but also our ancestors, our loved ones and ourselves. We will gather together as women to remember where we came from, connect with where we wish to go and share stories of hope and resilience.

Join me in an intimate group setting (8 spaces) where we will work with the Samhain energies. Within this safe space, there will be opportunities to reflect, share, witness, listen and receive wisdom, love and support.

To help open our heart space and welcome in a loving energy you are invited to share Cacao, a sacred ceremonial-grade plant medicine from Ecuador.

There will be opportunities to engage in various practices should you feel called including meditation, gentle breathwork, movement, singing, journalling, ritual, oracle card reading, and more.

The evening will end with a deeply relaxing sound bath to help us ground, harmonise and let all that we learned to settle into every cell of our being.

You will leave this loving container with a deeper connection to Self and others and a light in your heart that will lead you towards your soul’s purpose.
