Allow yourself to rest, release and reharmonise within a small group as you are "bathed" in healing frequencies from the gong, singing bowls, drums, percussion instruments and the voice. Such sounds have been shown to change brain waves to a more meditative state, calming the nervous system and promoting inner peace. This is a beautiful way of shifting stagnant energies, allowing your body to rebalance any emotional disharmony and bringing your mind, body and soul into a more harmonious state.
You are required bring your own yoga mat, and a blanket should you wish to stay warm throughout the session.
It is important to arrive before 5 minutes before the session start time to allow you to get set up and comfortable. Late attendees may be refused entry so as to not disturb the ambience.
