There is power in the gathering of women, where healing occurs on the individual level and ripples out to the collective. Come join this safe, intimate space where you will be held in a loving container by myself and the other women who come to share, be witnessed, to learn from one another, to release and rise into their authentic selves.

We will be connecting with the energies of the Aquarius New Moon, a time of new beginnings. By reflecting on where we are in the present moment we can also think about where we would like to move towards and the steps we need to take to move us one step closer. To help with this there will be a chance to learn more about the New Moon and engage in a ritual that will help set intentions for the lunar cycle ahead, moving forward with purposeful action.

To help open our heart space and welcome in a loving energy we will share Mama Cacao, a sacred ceremonial-grade plant medicine from the sacred lands of Latin America where I have personally visited.

There will be opportunities to engage in various practices should you feel called, including meditation, gentle breathwork, movement, singing, journalling, oracle card reading, and more.

The evening will end with a deeply relaxing sound bath with the gong, singing bowls and many more instruments to help us ground, harmonise and let all that we realised to settle into every cell of our being.

You will enter a new cycle with a deeper connection to Self and others and a feeling that will warm your heart. From here you will step into your power, your truth and your most aligned version of self.
