During this circle, we will:
Connect with the energy of Imbolc: Explore the symbolism of this powerful time of year, including the return of the light, the awakening of nature, and the emergence of new beginnings.
Sit with heart opening cacao: Inviting the medicine to open our hearts, to allow us to share our truth vulnerably and courageously.
Embrace Self-Reflection: Reflect on the past year and release what no longer serves you. Set intentions for the coming season and cultivate hope for the future.
Nourish Your Spirit: Engage in gentle movement, meditation, and sharing from the heart to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Connect with Community: Share stories, laughter, and support with other like-hearted women.
