Guidelines

  • Pre-registration is required for all events.

  • Event arrival time is 5 minutes before the event starts. Please arrive at this time to get checked in and settled.

  • All events start at the scheduled start time. No admittance after exact scheduled start time.

  • All sales are final. Please see Terms and Conditions.

  • EVENT MINIMUM: If attendance is less than 3 people for any given event, it may be canceled. This does not happen very often, yet if it does those who have purchased tickets will be notified asap (usually the night before the event), and will receive a full refund or a credit to another date.

  • Do not touch the instruments, even if you are super curious. If you damage something you are responsible for replacing it.

  • Come sober, If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be asked to leave without refund.

  • Photography policy: I appreciate the desire to take photos/videos of your experience however as some sessions/events are of a healing space and require respect of others processed I ask that you practice sensitivity and ask permission before taking any photos or videos.

  • Please ensure mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off during the event, or at least on silent/aeroplane mode.

  • Water is allowed in closed containers. No other food or drinks allowed.

  • Arrive free of cologne or strong essential oils out of respect for all others attending. If you smell strongly you may be asked to leave.

  • If you find it difficult to lay on the floor a chair can be provided if you give advance notice.

  • If you tend to fall asleep, use an extra pillow to raise your head or lay on your side to decrease the possibility of snoring and distracting others.

  • If you take part in an online event or session you will need to download the Zoom app, use high quality headphones, ensure you have good internet connection and turn your video camera and microphone off once the session commences.

  • Bring only the minimum of personal items into the venue.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service. 

  • You may experience temporary discomfort during and after a sound journey as the energy continues to move through your body as part of the healing process. This occurs only with a small percentage of people and is caused by the release of toxins.  Symptoms may get worse before they get better although you can expect this process to take 1-2 days. 

  • Following your treatment its important you drink plenty of water to assist the detox. 

  • Rest and take gentle exercise. 

  • Listen to what your body is asking for and give it a chance to heal itself.

  • It can be helpful to journal about anything that came up for you, to help you process. Remember not everything has to make sense.

  • It’s beneficial to attend regular sessions and engage in practices that support your self-healing.
